Very prompt professional service carried out efficiently. We needed a jammed safe to be opened. Wish we’d known this local locksmith before as previous experience with a National Company re another lock was a disaster. Would highly recommend him. Ensures everything is left neat and tidy.

Louis from USL Group came out very late on a Saturday night when our lock failed trapping us in the house. Was friendly and professional over the phone, and was with us in the 15-20 mins he promised (much better than the company we initially contacted that - despite being 24/7 - had no locksmiths taking calls or jobs!). When he arrived he got straight on with fixing the broken lock, leaving it working and looking brand new. From call to completion he took 40 mins to free us from the house. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much!
