Great service, excellent communication. Would definitely recommend.
We hired for a deep clean, including carpet and oven cleaning. The carpet and oven cleaning was completed well, but we were disappointed with the overall deep clean service. Upon closer inspection after the team had left, several areas advertised on the website as included in a deep clean were not cleaned. There was a subsequent dispute over the work, which was dealt with in an unprofessional way by the company. Ultimately, we felt the service provided did not meet our expectations for a deep clean and did not justify the cost (£65/h). The cost was also higher than quoted (£350 vs £320).
As first he mentioned two people will come to do two different jobs one carpet cleaning and house for 3 hrs. He came alone and work 3.5 hrs and change for two people. When I ask he argues and taken two people money. Not recommend
