“As the work sort of progressed a lot happened. One of his lads disappeared, we understood personal reason why. And worked with Gaz to come and finish off the work they disappeared for a couple of weeks then came back and then did the tiling in the bathroom that we asked to be done and it looked dreadful, and then they made a hole in a bedroom to put a new window in and it looked terrible the drop on gutters was wrong and not enough drops so building control told us to get someone else we’ve had to spend lot of extra money to fix things approx £6,500 not enough words left to tell the rest!”
