I am over the moon with my new boiler and they were even very quick to respond when I had a quick question afterwards. Overall the service was fantastic from start to finish…. Absolutely fantastic service! Would highly recommend! Arrived on time, extremely polite, friendly and very professional. I was very comfortable having them in my home in which they left spotless. I am over the moon with my new boiler and they were even very quick to respond when I had a quick question afterwards. Overall the service was fantastic from start to finish…. Rushed the job, left my pipes uncapped, and charged me a fortune. Left heavy radiators strewn about my property which I then had to move myself. When a problem with a radiator was uncovered he didn’t even want to talk to me about it, just wanted to get moving to his next job as quickly as possible. All of that after a chaotic back-and-forth to get him to even schedule me in. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

I would never hire this tradesperson again. It feels like I may as well have flushed £417 down the toilet. Very disappointed with the cost and the job has not been done so I will need to hire another plumber who can do the job.
