The quote was reasonably priced and a good level of expertise was demonstrated right from the initial visit to the finished job. The guys worked well and completed the job in one day as promised to remove the old fibreglass covering, the old boards underneath and replacing it with new OSB and high quality felt. The roof gradient was changed to allow the run off to flow directly into new guttering avoiding excessive water to run along our new conservatory guttering. At the end of the job, all old materials were removed and the area tidied up. We would recommend using Unity Roofing Ltd.

Lots of cancelled visits without any communication, very one way when it comes to communication. Had a quote for £1150 which was to straighten up some tiles, some cement work around both chimneys, flashing and look at a badly damaged soffit. Within 20 minutes the price needed to be £2150 to "make the roof perfect". In the image is the work that happened on the soffit. A dab of cement. Then followed more failed appointments and then 40 days after the initial work they came to look at the soffit to say "it should cost £5.5k but we can do it for £3.5k" I would not recommend.

After being let down by another company we came across Unity Roofing. They weren't necessarily the cheapest out there, but you know the saying 'you get what you pay for', well they certainly delivered on that! Professional at all times, Aram and his hard-working team made light work of replacing our rotten rafters and broken tiles, evicting a few squatters along the way, apologies Mr squirrel. They arrived on time and stayed until the work was completed, which, down to the number of roofers Aram threw at the project and their sheer hard work, was sooner than originally anticipated; all done and dusted in just one day! They tidied up after themselves and even brought their own teamaking facilities. Aram kept a close eye on proceedings and kept us totally up to speed throughout. If you are looking for a reliable, professional roofing team who turn up on time, are knowledgeable about the products they offer and have an amazing work ethic then I can highly recommend Aram and his team.

Unity roofing recently renovated our main roof and flat roof extension. Friendly and professional their enthusiastic and efficient approach ensured work was completed successfully and in good time. Very tidy and left site in excellent condition.
