“After AO had poorly installed a hob into our worktop, we needed new worktops professionally installed as to not disturb existing tiling. The worktops were supplied and installed along with a hob and new tap / sink. Patrick was professional throughout the installation, punctual and friendly - even with our grumpy dog! Work was completed to a very high standard. We will look to use Universal Development again for future projects in our house.”

We recently had our bathroom completely refitted and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The workmanship was top-notch — everything from the tiling to the plumbing and fixtures was done with great attention to detail.
