George kept me informed at all times by phone and text from when I first contacted UPVC Doctor EA Ltd to request a quote. I found George very reliable, he explained everything he was doing and took his time to answer my questions. He was very polite and respectful as well as being very tidy when working, George was very thorough in cleaning up after he had finished the work in my house.
The door is now how it should have been when installed. Shame not everyone knows as much as these guys about correct installation and alignment.
Rapid response to my query, fast update, investigation and quote. Immaculate job done, no more drafts or rain coming, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
George turned up early and got on with the work. He did an excellent job and was very tidy. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work and George and his brother were very pleasant and courteous. They even fixed a broken door handle that they spotted on the bathroom door. That was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Repair Doctor to anyone and will call them back in the future to repair other windows.
Second time we’ve used these guys. Top class. Polite, good quality, efficient and good value for money. First time they changed a few ‘popped’ double glazed panes, and changed old style gold furniture on windows and doors to silver. This time just another window pane replaced. Great company who I would highly recommend !! Thanks guys.
