George kept me informed at all times by phone and text from when I first contacted UPVC Doctor EA Ltd to request a quote. I found George very reliable, he explained everything he was doing and took his time to answer my questions. He was very polite and respectful as well as being very tidy when working, George was very thorough in cleaning up after he had finished the work in my house.
The door is now how it should have been when installed. Shame not everyone knows as much as these guys about correct installation and alignment.
Highly recommend. George was very professional, polite, and has done a great job. The price was very reasonable and he was clear about what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Would def use again. Thank you
