"System originally installed a good few years ago by Viper. Had booked an alarm annual maintenance visit, as a precursor to setting up the annual maintenance contract with V2. Kevin arrived promptly as advised. Undertook a very thorough full service and test to the system with no faults found. Kevin changed the sensor batteries around the house and the main panel battery too - potential costs advised ahead of visit. Respectful to the house (even covering outside workboots indoors), tidy and comprehensive visit as always. Would not hesitate to recommend V2 Security and a 100% reliable system."
