“Great job done recently- removing insulation from exterior wall cavity because of damp. The guys turned up and cracked on. Everything was explained and they showed me photos when they had completed the job. They came in to make sure it was all tidy even hoovering up any mess left. Very polite and it was completed really quickly.”

Survey was very thorough, no issues at all with that. First part of service completed to extract cavity wall installation ready for infill. Think a bit more time spent on identifying areas where dust could blow through would have been beneficial. Small loft area being used for storage on 1st floor ended up covered in dust and it still blows through after tidy up. Also, I had to spend an hr cleaning cement off the windowsills. I would still give them 7/10 but for the infill I will be expecting them to do a much better job on preparation and clean up .
