"My Cardale garage door mechanism failed with the lifting wire coming off the winding cone. The door was unusable. I rang Vinny late in the afternoon, he was in Mudeford but came over to Broadstone. He advised it needed new cones and wires on both sides, new side rollers & a good cleanup & lubrication. Before he left that evening he managed to rethread the wire onto the cone allowing me to use the door again. He came back a week or so later with the new parts and effected a permanent repair. He also lubricated the other door. He went the extra mile. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend."
