“This flat was in a very poor condition. Structural alterations and full refurbishment including rewiring was needed. The builder was very ingenious and seemed to have lot of experience; always had an answer on any of my questions. I am very satisfied on the final product and I can say is a reliable builder and excellent human being. Timing and costs where achived as planned.”
