Hi Mark, Thank you kindly for the review. I think it was the right decision to put the bi-folds right away across the back of the extension, and even better with the lantern light which brightened up the existing kitchen. One of the most important things is when you put a building on the back of the house it's the loss of light and that was a joint decision by us both and it was the right one.

Hi Aky, many thanks for such a kind review. Your hospitality and understanding was fantastic. Mum was so thoughtful and caring, when we were running out of energy in the evenings working late to get the project finished, Mum would come to the job, put a table cloth on the bench we had and lay out food to keep us going. It was such a lovely thing, seeing the boy's excited after 6pm.

Hi Khaleda, When I first spoke to you I told you I couldn't do your loft and bathroom for £35K. I phoned you back to say I would have a look. After meeting you and your husband I realised you needed a little bit of help. I looked on your drawings and the architect designed your build with the steel to go above your floor and you would have had no headroom. I thought this was not fair! So, I dropped the steel in between the ceiling joists, free of charge, so we could get some headroom in the loft. Out of that we got 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Money was tight. Your kindness, gratitude and appreciation was shown when you fed the boys and me everyday in the garden. The loft took one month and 3 days to complete, we had God on our side together with honesty and kindness. Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding a summerhouse.
