The team arrived and got on quickly with the job at hand. They realised they had a bigger job than at first appeared but stuck to the agreed rates. They were friendly and helpful. We would have liked a clearer time of arrival and return for part 2 but I know they have other jobs too they were working around. Would recommend.
The work carried out was well done. However the customer service was terrible, communication was poor and I received rude and threatening messages. I requested to pay via invoice, but when the invoice came through I noticed an error that needed to be changed. I emailed back to explain this, to which I did not get a reply. I was then sent multiple text messages regarding the payment. I again explained the issue and again I was met with unhelpful, rude and threatening messages. I will not be using this company for any further services.
