“The work carried out was well done. However the customer service was terrible, communication was poor and I received rude and threatening messages. I requested to pay via invoice, but when the invoice came through I noticed an error that needed to be changed. I emailed back to explain this, to which I did not get a reply. I was then sent multiple text messages regarding the payment. I again explained the issue and again I was met with unhelpful, rude and threatening messages. I will not be using this company for any further services.”
