W Hardy Drainage Solutions were recommended to me by Essex and Suffolk Water and now I understand why. Bill and the gents provide an excellent service. Easy friendly communication throughout, the gents were prompt, professional, polite, informative, and did a very efficient and clean job. Very reasonably priced too. I would recommend W Hardy Drainage Solutions without hesitation.
A very good experience. I phoned Saturday morning and by lunch time Jacob had cleared the blocked drain, checked all my drains and taken videos. I thought the rainwater drain may have collapsed but after being properly cleared all was well. Very happy with the cost and if necessary would certainly use them again.
2 minutes ago New Just moved to the area and never had a blocked drain like this before! Found this firm on Checkatrade and 10/10 speaks for itself!! Call Bill (the boss) at 1115 and was told one of his guys would be in touch, 30mins later, Mark who works for Bill called and said he’d be an hour! Sure enough he turned up on time and within an hour, my drain was cleared! Ok, I was probably lucky that Mark was only an hour away but don’t take that away from his first class job! He cleared the blockage (omg what an awful job to do) with a smile along with a huge amount of knowledge and didn’t lea
