Nice thorough job

The engineer arrived as planned. The problem was identified and dealt with. The work was done and explanation provided. Very happy with quality of work. Highly recommended.

The work, replacement of the heating element in a built-in Bosch dishwasher, was carried out promptly and efficiently by an experienced repairman. I had provided both the failure symptoms and the model reference so that he was able to come with the appropriate spare part, avoiding the need for a preliminary visit.

Friendly and efficient service

I contacted W J Searle & son via checkatrade and within an hour they had replied and added me to their job list. It was late afternoon so I was contacted by Darren (their engineer) first thing the next morning to confirm the job and arrange a visit the following day. Darren was prompt, friendly, professional and fully informative/transparent about what he was doing and what he found. The dishwasher had to be taken to their workshop to be repaired, Darren called as soon as it was fixed and to organise it's return. Couldn't recommend Darren and WJ Searle & Son enough.

My washing machine was fixed today by Darren, He called and also gave me the option to come earlier than the appointment time we had as he was in the area. I feel the cost was very reasonable and am very pleased with the service I received from W J Searle @ Son, thankyou Darren

The guy was friendly and complimented the job very quickly. He tested the dryer to make sure all was working properly. Job well done. I would recommend them.

Excellent service, I called to report my broken washing machine, the engineer called back and arranged to come straight round. Really nice guy and very helpful. My washing machine was fixed and working all within 3 1/2 hours of my initial call. Amazing, highly recommended.
