Urgent: Can't turn on mains water supply Ollie turned up quickly, helped us out of a tight spot, and made a great impression. We've since brought him back for other work, and can recommend him.

Pipes under shower tray have sprung a leak Complete an utter conman. It went from 2000, to 350 to rip out my flootboards to it's not the shower tray, it's the pipes behind the shower and to rip out all the tiles to no it's the shower unit to 350 all in to 250 for labour then the cost of showr units. Guess what I have replace these shower units they are easy to replace and at most an hours work. I asked him to stop and for me to pay for his hour, on my return home I inspected it myself and discover it's the preasure vale that needs replace which just cost a few quid and a few few minutes to replace. What a complete and utter conman. Please dont touch this guy he was rude and theatening when I told him the truth. Answer from tradesperson: This review is complete garbage . Unfortunately this is a customer that is saying anything to avoid paying because after inspection it was a simple fix that apparently he could do . In his job description he claimed the leak was under his shower tray from pipes . And I said unfortunately if it was under his shower tray the tray would have to be removed to access and that would involve removing all tiles and and screen and re tiling costing up to £2000. After analysing the situation and trying to save him a demolition job l I was able to access the tray from the other side of the stud wall by going under the floor . After inspecting the leak was not under the tray due to any pipes . I then inspected the shower and there it was leaking inside the unit causing water to leak in the inside of his walls causing water damage to his ceilings below .I suggested the plan of action of replacing the shower, and said the charge for installation would be £150 + £100 for the leak detection prior Reply edited 28 Jun 2024

Update my bathroom Ollie, was superb to work with, I could not believe the speed he works at. Bathroom looks fantastic. I went stupidly over budget but that was my fault as Ollie has a keen eye and does make suggestions how to improve things further. So that meant there was a lot of “yea go on then”. My old bathroom looked dated, it’s now pretty darn cool

Complete Bathroom Renovation Olly was friendly, responded quickly to our queries and listened to our ideas and most of the work is to a good standard. However, we found that the communication could have been better. We had to change our working schedules to accommodate the refit (which was estimated to take 2 weeks) which we were fully prepared for, but Olly made this incredibly difficult to do due to the unpredictable nature of his working hours. Olly often didn't turn up when he said he would, worked irregular hours and ended up taking a week longer than he said he would (partly due to unexpected issues). Overall, the experience would have been made easier by more accurate communication. On a separate note, we also came home to 4 large and deep holes on the other side of an adjoining wall when the boarding was installed. Olly was completely unaware of the damage that was caused until we phoned him. That being said, they were plastered well. The plasterer that he brought in was polite, very punctual and neat whilst in comparison, we found Olly to be a bit of a messy worker. Overall we were disappointed by our experience given the 100% rating on Olly's page, but most of the work is to a good standard and has made a big difference to the room. Olly was transparent with his pricing throughout and was keen to offer his expertise and design ideas during the renovation. Replace 1-2 toilets (one of them appears to be leaking) I would highly recommend, Oli did a great job at short notice.

New Bathroom to be fitted Oliver did a great job on my bathroom, he gave good advice and suggestions on where I could save on my project. He was clear with his price and ensured that he communicated with me before proceeding with works that were out of scope. He his now fitting my new kitchen. I highly recommend.

Bs148eh Ollie was able to do a complete bathroom refub at short notice. He was polite and friendly and really hard working. We had a few issues with the bathroom but nothing that he couldn’t sort out and advise us on.He’s knowledge and an eye for detail and rearranging the bathroom was amazing. We would highly recommend Oille not only for his workmanship but he’s an amazing guy.😊

Replace bath with shower I was very impressed with Ollie on his knowledge and dealing with people.He fitted a shower for me and also toilet. Nothing was too much trouble.It was lovely to be in his company as he makes you feel secure and don’t have to worry about any of the jobs.Thank you Ollie for all you have done it will make such a difference.I would highly recommend him to do a excellent job no matter what. Shower room fitter At short notice after our shower sprung a leak, Olly quoted a price, stripped the complete suite and refitted a larger shower and all new products, including flooring, skirting boards, wall panels, trims, toilet and hand basin. Including new pipe work and drainage. All completed within a week. Great service and very knowledgeable, helping us choose products. Thanks Olly
