Electrical repair
Michael came to my house as i was having problems with defective landing and kitchen lighting. Attendance was prompt and on time. I found Michael to be thorough and knowledgable, the lighting problems were quickly dealt with. Michael's callout charge was reasonable, and i would call on Michael again for any future electrical problems. Thank you.

Reliable and efficient
Michael has helped me with many electrical jobs over a number of years and is always friendly, reliable, efficient, and tidy. Most recently he set up the electrical supply for a heat pump installation, liaising with the installer to confirm what was required and checking with me about the least disruptive way to complete the job. On this job as with others previously he revised his quote down when he was able to finish it quicker than expected.

Electrical work
Michael came and did a host of small electrical jobs for me (moving switches and fire alarms, checking sockets, etc). He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. The work took less time than expected and he reduced the bill accordingly. I will definitely be using him again.

I booked Michael to complete two days work, and he was unreliable. He didn't turn up on the second day, and didn't bother to let me know this. He was quite rude. The work was completed to a satisfactory standard as far as I can see.

Highly recommend! Reliable, considerate, and quick electrician
Great experience with Wattson Electrical! Michael chased some plugs for us at very short notice. He's been highly communicative, pleasant to deal with, was very considerate and tidy in our home, and above all did a great job. His quote was also transparent and accurate. I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an electrician!

Efficient and friendly
Michael is very efficient, informative and a problem solver. The work took a couple of days as agreed and Michael kept me informed of arrival times. He installed a new fuse board and an extractor fan at the back of the kitchen. The work was completed within the agreed budget. He also provided an installation certificate. I am happy with the work and would call him again for future electrical jobs.

Brilliant job completed quickly and efficiently
Michael was able to do our job within just a few hours of us contacting him, which was an absolute lifesaver! He was efficient, tidy, friendly and the price extremely competitive. Michael went above and beyond to remove our light/extractor fan, replace it and make good. Terrific job. Highly recommend A++++

Efficient, friendly, and courteous
I am very impressed with Michael. He is very helpful, friendly and courteous. He came at the time he said he would and gave me updates for his arrival time which I really appreciated. He fitted my new oven and gave me useful advice about a couple of other jobs as well and still charged £3O less than John Lewis had quoted for the same job. Highly recommended.

Reliable and skilled
Michael has done two jobs for us and both times he was reliable, did what he said when he said. no problems, just delivers what he says. One job was replacing a built in oven, and the other was replacing an old fashioned fuse box. He managed all the problems of finding electrical inlets in a block of flats, and did a neat and tidy job, testing everything and providing the necessary certificate. He cleaned up after the job and left it ready to go. Definitely on my recommended list. Re price - not the cheapest, but competitive compared to bigger companies, and definitely worth it to have someone skilled and reliable who does a good job. Add to that he is good to have around - pleasant, professional and hard working. Ticks all the boxes.

Replacement of porch light
Michael arrived promptly. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. He tried to repair the porch light, but as he had previously mentioned in his quote, if he was unable to, then he would fit a new LED unit. He had to fit the new unit, which he did very carefully and showed me how to adjust it if necessary. He was tidy and cleaned everything up afterwards. He kept to his quote and timing, and the admin side of things were accurate and very efficient. I would definitely call him again for future electrical jobs. Thank you Michael!

Fitting a new plug for oven
Michael put a new plug so we could fit our oven, drew another cable to the kitchen and then installed the oven. The work was done properly and we can now enjoy plugs for a more powerful oven. Thank you!

Friendly, prompt service
