Timely, clean and efficient.
We chose Weatherdry for to treat rising damp in our house, as their quote was better value and more comprehensive than the others we had recieved. It was a great experience all round, from the man that came to inspect originally, to the final clearup. The Customer service was great, we were informed of everything involved in the process. The workers that came to do the initial treatment were efficient, polite and respectful, and the plasterer completed the job really well. He even offered some helpful decorating and maintainence advice. Top Notch work. I would use weatherdry again.
From my first contact with this company through to the final follow up I have always found all the staff attentive and helpful. The work was completed as discussed and in the time frame given. The workmen respected myself and my property. The work was completed efficiently , only time and the weather will tell if the damp problems are completely resolved! However , I have been reassured that should the treatments have not successfully cured the damp that the company will return as soon as I contact them. Currently things seem to be drying out so I'm pleased with the progress.

Very good service all the way from the initial survey which was really smooth and informative without any pressure to purchase. All options were explained. Then our installation was complete (had an inside PIV vent unit installed) in less than 2 hours with no disturbance and fitted neatly. Really pleased as the unit has immediately stopped the condensation on all our windows and the mould we had seems to not be reappearing.

Weatherdry are a great company, they use a clear and effective 3 step method for thier damp proofing services. Survey, Damp proofing and plastering. They explain what is happening at each stage, which helped ease my anxiety. They also ring up the day before any work, to make sure you're aware of what's happening. All staff whether in person or on the phone have been friendly and helpful. I'm really happy with the service.

Both the surveyor and the guys who carried out the work were nice and proffesionals. Definitely would use them again. I can only recommend them. We had had the loft unit and new damp course in the lounge area. Cleaned up after they were done with the job.

Great service all round - surveyor who came to quote was very knowledgeable and put us at ease as we had been putting off doing the work for some time. The work itself has been completed to a very good standard and time was taken by the team to make sure everything was finished off and the rooms cleaned afterwards. We had a problem with damp and mould in our home so needed someone to inspect to give solutions so we chose Weatherdry whom were more than happy to assist us ,they were quickly available to come and inspect the property and offer solutions to help us resolve this .The gentlemen who came both for the inspection and to fit our unit in the loft for the solution were very friendly ,informative and overall couldn’t be faulted for their work . If needed would highly recommend and use again .The only downside to the whole experience is the large running cost of approximately £2.50 a day for the unit.
