Weatherproof carried out a very delicate job on my extension roof which had lots of damaged slates and overflowing and damaged guttering and pipes. Work was done to a great standard and was completed on time and left the place in immaculate condition. Darren and Craig were punctual and very informative in what to do for this not to happen again. Had some slight roof damage with a few broken and damaged slates etc. Darren came out and had a look and explained what needed to be done and cost involved. All very straight forward and date agreed and all sorted to a very high standard. Will definitely use Weatherproof again if the need arises.

Needed quite a lot of work done as follows. ''To undertake a number of roof maintenance measures . To include the replacement of a damaged cast iron gutter and the pointing up of the edge tiles and any slate repairs that are required and also to prepare and paint the gutters and downpipes''. My roof was badly leaking and the gutters were broken and had damp everywhere before I contacted Weatherproof via a friend's recommendation and so glad I did. We have been going to Darren for our roofs for about fifteen years now. He was recommended to us first of all by a neighbour , and we have in turn been recommending him to friends too. We’ve had three roofs ( a Victorian villa, a flat roof, and a tenement) over that time, and he’s looked after each of them. . He always attends speedily, explains what needs done , keeps us informed, and follows up afterwards. Both he and Craig are very professional, easy to deal with, and communicate well . We used Weatherproof for work on Chimney stacks a couple of years ago, having found them on Trusted Traders, and were so pleased with the helpful service and good workmanship we asked them again recently to quote for roofing and gutter work and reharling of walls. Darren was very helpful when I contacted him about a mystery leak - I had received quotes from other companies but they all said different issues were 'definitely 100%' the problem so I was concerned about identifying what was wrong before working out the proposed repair. Darren set up a survey first and then walked through the options, helping me work out my budget. I really appreciated his communciation and his responsiveness and he showed me pictures to explain what was going on with the chimney and roof. Weatherproof RFS did some significant and successful roof repair work for us last year. This autumn we noticed some new damage after recent storms. Darren and the team were quick to respond and efficient in repairing the two new damaged areas. They definitely know what they're doing!
