“John from Weatherproof was great from the initial contact. It was only a small job ( a few tiles missing) but I knew there quite a lot of difficulty in applying the fix. John was practical and very open about what would be involved at a very price. The job was timed to suit both of us and was completed quickly and efficiently. Great service, friendly with excellent communications, would throughly recommend.”

John was very quick to respond to our initial request and provided a detailed quote for the work to be done. The work was completed quite quickly once we agreed the quote and looks to have been carried out to a high standard, although we will only know for sure once we have some heavy rain. There was some confusion around when John would complete the work but this did not cause us a big problem and was resolved the following day.

John and the team carried out a full felt replacement to my shed and cut back any rotten wood fixing the felt over that and completing the work to a excellent standard. I would certainly use them again
1 single slate tile blew he came and replaced it - happy with the work carried out
John was really honest, had excellent communication and quoted me £1000 less than another roofer I'd contacted. He'd completed the works within an hour of arriving - him and his colleague were incredibly polite and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the work completed and would hire them again. I will also recommend to friends in the area who need works done.

I had John and his team come and repair my roof, they removed old tiles and felt/membrane then replaced with new tiles and also repointed chimney stack. outstanding results. couldn't be happier :)

John came to repair a leak we had in our lead from the lead having a split in it on our chimney and also repoint some of the chimney that needed doing. He was very professional very polite and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him.
The gutters were repaired all around the house very efficiently. Several other smaller jobs were also obligingly performed. I would employ this company again if needed.

Came to quote for several issues with the roof. Immediately identified cracked and damaged tiles on a pitched roof. I had spare tiles which he used and proceeded to replace with the damaged ones. Free of charge.
