Really pleased with workmanship &service

excellent result, wrong doors sent to extended delays obtaining and fitting them (48 days) not necessarily the fault of Weatherproof, may have been their suppliers

This time very disappointed with them. They arranged fitting dates just to cancel them last minute, same day on 2 occasions with some ‘bull’ story about materials not being ready despite being on order for 4 mths. It was an over inflated price to begin with but we accepted that as the quality of the windows previously had been good and reliable. They had to be pressed about doing the job or we’d still be waiting, final straw was the phone call to say ‘we’re chasing payment’ the day after we had paid in full. NEVER again, not reliable and too expensive for poor service !!
