He explained in clear terms what the issue could be / what could be done, when it became apparent that the issue was not with the gearbox itself (it did not need reconditioning after all) he honestly reduced the price to reflect the actual work carried out. Besides having the considerable skill required to be a great mechanic, he clearly looks after his customers. Friendly, honest and of integrity, I highly recommend Sonny and Welling Autos."
