Haven’t had any response so very disappointed

From the moment Dan Ruddle and the Wessex Heating team came to fix our leaking shower tray and waste, it was a pleasure to deal with them. At the initial visit, the fault was quickly identified and the repair was booked in without delay. Ollie arrived on time, worked with great attention to detail, and was very polite throughout. He left everything clean and tidy and was happy to answer any questions we had. The finished repair was completed to a very high standard, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wessex Heating to anyone, whether it’s for an emergency repair or planned work. A+ service.

Called Chris first thing in the morning telling him I had no water in one side of my house. Was super friendly, made some phone calls and sent someone out the very same day to assess the work required. Plumber arrived within the time frame given and fixed the problem within minutes. Great service, highly recommended.
