Gary replied to my message very promptly and was able to visit within a couple of days. He spent time trying to get to the root of the problem and fixed a temporary solution while he ordered what was required. He is back tomorrow for his 2nd visit. We had a leaking toilet which turned out to be caused by rodents nibbling away at the connector pipe. I phoned Gary and he came round that same evening, swiftly confirmed the problem and identified a workable solution - the fitting of a one-way metal rat valve to the outflow pipe at the bottom of our manhole. He returned to fit the valve and checked that it was operating properly. I can't recommend Gary highly enough. He's a skilled and honest professional who responds quickly whenever we have contacted him with pest control issues. He's also a pleasure to deal with.

Gary solves the issue by eradicating AND giving you layers of protection to future proof against return. First, he will find out how they are coming on to your land - and deal with that, then move on to how they are accessing your actual property and shut that down too. Explaining everything as he goes in his friendly, honest manner while using other tools along the way to sure up eradication. Skip the others who charge you loads just to lay weak poison you could've bought yourself. If you want it DONE, done, then call Gary - he cares, he is kind and he will solve the problem.
