Everything that possibly could go wrong has gone wrong. I don’t even know where to start! Brand new windows including dodgy bifold doors and every single window suffers from draft issues which was the initial reason why we decided to have the windows done. Gave us every reassurance and promised exceptional second to non customer service.....what a joke that was. There is no customer service. It’s take your money and run!!!
