"I called mark and david out as my 19 year old boiler was making odd noises. As it turned out, although it was fitted by a plumber and serviced every year since we moved in 5 years ago….None of the major faults were picked up by various ‘qualified’ plumbers we had round. Due to age we decided to go for new boiler. They were on time, did everything I asked and were tidy. The job due to lack of craftsmanship previously took a lot longer. The black goo coming out of all the radiators was disgusting considering it was only serviced by another 2 months before! All documentation sent efficiently*****"

"Dave has been doing occasional jobs for us for around 10 years, including replacing the main boiler and fitting radiators. This job was replacing two radiators and fixing a heated towel rail.
