In the end, the job was relatively simple and Paul charged a fair price and offered good advice for future work, as well as useful tips for maintenance and troubleshooting. Highly recommended.
Super professional, friendly and accomodating service. They fixed our locks in no time, always keeping us updated on the needs and the work. It only took a whatsapp call and sending some photos for the quote. The following day, work was done with no hidden extras.
Very happy with WG Locksmiths. Paul is my regular locksmith and has done several jobs for me including fitting locks and door furniture, servicing my bifold doors and replacing locks. He always responds quickly, is very helpful and charges a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my jammed lock and took the time to explain what had caused the problem and how to prevent it happening again. He even carried out a bit of quick routine maintenance on a different door for free. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Paul was professional, conscientious, polite, and completed the work quickly and to a high standard.
Paul, and his work, cannot be faulted. He clearly guided me through the various things that could be wrong with my lock and explained what the cost implications of each stage could be (whether the tumbler needed replacing or not). He even demonstrated each stage of his work so I could clearly understand what was going on. He was excellent, and I appreciate him visiting on such short notice. If you book Paul you won't be disappointed. I fell on my feet by finding him.
