His professional and pro-active approach was very re-assuring. He listened carefully, offered great advice and came up with a fantastic solution to replace our original, narrow tred, steep stairs. Mick and Carl, who completed the work, were wonderful. Careful, tidy, thorough and worked really hard to create something that looks fantastic and is sturdy and safe.
