The review determined that there were a number of issues with values, pumps and solenoids. The engineer was respectful, efficient and explained the issues clearly. He gave a quote for the works within 1 hour of completing his review and the works were arranged to be done within 2 days. The works were undertaken by the original engineer and another. The work was top quality and they ensured that everything was understood.”
