Andrew responded to my enquiry quickly. A leak from the upstairs flat had gone into the extractor fan. I was able to upload a video of the problem on his enquiry page and he sent a quote and details of work that would be needed with a date to do the work. He arrived promptly , was extremely efficient, polite and informed me of any potential issues. I will certainly call on him again when I need an electrician.
I would highly recommend Wilkinson Electrical. I needed an electric radiator and 2 extra sockets fitted in an extension. Andrew responded quickly to my query with a reasonable quote and clear timescale for the work to happen. He is very polite and there was great communication throughout. When another company delivered the wrong radiator, he sorted it quickly and kept in contact with me until it was sorted. I would not hesitate to use the service again in future.
I honestly can’t recommend Wilkinson Electrical highly enough. They have been fabulous. We’re doing a barn conversion and they have done all the electrics from first fit through to finishing touches. The quality of the work has been exceptional and they have always been polite, professional and efficient. Andrew was really great at answering all our questions and giving us advice. He also came up with some great design ideas which we absolutely love. Communication was excellent throughout and all for a very fair price which was fully itemised from the start so there were no surprises. 5 star!
