Colin arrived on time, examined the roof and recommended a solution that involved no cost to us. He explained his reasoning clearly and it was obvious that he is very experienced and an expert in his field. He spent 30 minutes with us yet did not charge us a call-out fee nor would he accept a contribution towards his fuel costs. I would be very happy to recommend Colin to all my family and friends.

Colin was very good. He turned up when he said he would and rang us in advance to let us know he would be there shortly. The window was difficult to access and work on, but he was able to locate the problem with the locking mechanism and rectify it. He was a very tidy & friendly workman and easy to deal with. The price he charged was very reasonable and we were very happy to have the window back in action again.
First class service from Colin. This is the 3rd time we have required his services and as always communication is excellent, he is trustworthy, punctual & a lovely guy.
