Colin was very good. He turned up when he said he would and rang us in advance to let us know he would be there shortly. The window was difficult to access and work on, but he was able to locate the problem with the locking mechanism and rectify it. He was a very tidy & friendly workman and easy to deal with. The price he charged was very reasonable and we were very happy to have the window back in action again.
