“Very impressed with this company. We had an old wooden porch and front door replaced with composite door and upvc frame and some cloudy double glazing window panes replaced. They were very thorough in that they sent their surveyor first to assess the job, price it and order the parts once we decided to continue with them. The job itself was done promptly and well and the workman was very pleasant and thorough. Will definitely use them again when the rest of our windows go.”

Whilst I had undertaken my own research and had a good idea of what I wanted and the price point. Window Plans David gave great advise on windows and door styles and I settled on an aluminium Sheerline windows and rear door. The fitting was seamless and the attention to detail was on point. Replacement Blown Windows and Service Works
Contacted Window Plan as needed to replace some Blown Windows and required some service works on other windows and front door. They came around promptly to assess works, the assessor was polite and courteous, received what I considered to be a very reasonable quote for the work. Replacements made and installed promptly, installation team again polite and courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Could not ask for more, don't think you can go wrong using Window Plan.

Good Company
Very pleased with everything. What I want with any trade is a good product and good fitters, we got both. The windows were replacing old PVC ones and are a big improvement, much better insulation and operation. The fitters were very clean, polite and hard working. They did an excellent job and worked round us to get the job done, they were friendly and professional. Totally satisfied.

Great experience from start to finish
David the salesman arrived on time and was open and honest about the quote which was great. We paid the deposit and a few days later the surveyor arrived on time and was a great chap, honest and made the changes I asked for and came back with the amended price. A few days later Graham the fitter arrived earlier than expected and knocked when he saw me in the kitchen window asking if it was ok for him to park there and apologise for being half hour early, which was great, as it meant he could get on with the job in hand as rain was expected that afternoon. Graham was great. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional and offered great advice on the use of the windows and how to keep them in tiptop shape. Overall the experience was amazing from start to finish. Could not fault them.

Great job, started and finished on schedule.
The project was to supply and erect a small conservatory which was started and finished to the programme given. The work was carried out by their fitter, Ian, who from the very start was friendly, informative, and very competent. As with all jobs there were a few problems that arose during construction, but each was dealt with by Ian while still keeping to programme. I would certainly recommend WindowPlan to anyone requiring similar work.

Excellent work done in clean and tidy way
Lovely company to deal with - friendly and professional and they were super-diligent in getting the spec right so that our new windowsills would be the right size once the new external wall insulation was applied. Price was competitive and it was good to be able to visit the showroom and see that actual doors, colours, handles etc. Would not hesitate to recommend Windowplan.

Good work
Our original enquiry was handled quickly with an appreciation of what we required and a detailed quotation, at an acceptable price, followed in a short time. It consisted of PVC replacements of a wooden exterior stable door and small wooden side window, plus replacement of 6 double glazing units into wooden frames, 3 downstairs, 3 upstairs. Installation was completed to a good standard on the day specified by Ian in a cheerful, competent, professional manner with no fuss. Dust covers used and all debris removed. At the end, Ian took time to make sure we were familiar with the opening and locking procedures and explain the operation of the " tilt and turn" window in the door. Overall we were very pleased with the end result.

Conservatory roof replacement - Quick and efficient throughout
Our project was to replace a 20-year old polycarbonate roof with a glass one. WindowPlan were very quick to respond to enquiry, to provide quotation with layout drawing and to survey in detail. Price was reasonable and delivery time of ca. 6 weeks, far quicker than expected. Materials were available to schedule and installation arranged at the first available clear weather period. The two installers were quick, courteous, efficient and paid attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the service, the communication, the installation and final result.

Conservatory roof
We had our old plastic conservatory roof replaced with a glass one this week and would like to just say that we are extremely pleased. Mark and Andy the fitters arrived early and worked very hard all day in extreme heat. They are excellent workers, very polite and finished the work in the estimated two days. The premises was left really tidy and I would highly recommend them. All in all a brilliant job.
