Alex came and did a boiler check for us when we moved in. He was on time, professional and went out of his way to give us extra information about our shower system. When we had a problem with our boiler a few months later he called us up and talked us through how to fix it to avoid a call out charge to us. Brilliant service!
Came to my home as soon as they were told by my daughter I had a problem over a previous installation date which was much later.
