The one window pane that was replaced cracked overnight within 3 days. I messaged that morning and was informed a replacement was ordered. The cracked glass shattered completely 6 days later leaving my house fully accessible as it was the sliding door window that led to the garden. Someone was sent out to patch the broken glass with plywood but only when I pushed as my house was no longer secure. We went a full 24 hours with a completely broken patio sliding door window. I’ve chased for updates on when the glass is being properly replaced but my last two messages haven’t been responded to.
