We have had a very difficult problem for years with an overflowing gutter over an upper bay window part of a large roof with a complicated draining layout. William worked out how to solve the problem, quoted and completed the work on time to budget. I have only just submitted the review because of the dry summer and I wanted to see how the new guttering coped with heavy rain. Now we have had very heavy downpours, it has worked perfectly.
I am more than happy to recommend William, WKRoofing who did an excellent job for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and value for money. His work is guaranteed and his advice on the work required was very helpful.
William has repaired a couple of areas on our roof. He is just excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, tenacious, polite courteous and reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

William is completely professional, student and reassuring to deal with right from the early stages of explaining the problem and preparing a quote. He had no qualms about offering options of smaller repairs or doing a complete job - he has done both for us on different projects - and we are very happy with the results of all his work. Would highly recommend!

William did some gutter clearing and repair for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite throughout. Would use him again.
William has done three jobs for us now and is always a pleasure to deal with. He quickly assesses the problem and works out a solution, explaining clearly and providing before and and after photographs. He knows his trade well. He advises of other potential problems but is never pushy. He sticks to his quotes, arrives on time and is always friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

William was on time, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate and quickly worked out what needed to be done. He carried out the work in a timely manner, effectively and efficiently and his work was robust, of a high standard, neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to others.
The workmen carried out their duties very well. All were hard working and kept me informed all the way through. Very pleased with everything.
William came along at the agreed time, to asses the work needed doing after a leak in the roof and he explained clearly what work needed doing and have me a quote on site. He also managed to fit my work in very quickly and we agreed and day and time for the work to be carried out. William was ontime and very polite and got on with job, he worked straight through to get the job finished. He talked me through and showed me what he had done which gave me a lot of reassurance. I would happily use William for any other related works needed to be carried out
Having had experience of many bad roofers in the past, William is a breath of fresh air. He has now done multiple roofing jobs for us to a high standard. He is always punctual, very efficient, tidy, explains everything and is reasonably priced. He is now the ONLY roofer we will use as we trust him. He has even travelled to London to repair my parents' roof after a botched roofing job by cowboys and he is now the ONLY roofer they will use.
