Needed a fuse board updated for my new property. Will was friendly and on time, also helped me understand the current wiring of the home. Cleaned up after him self - I have arranged to use Will for more work. I would recommend him.

William fitted a new fuse box upgrade promptly after making initial contact. He was very professional, friendly and tidy. I would certainly use William again and would recommend him.

William attended a callout on Wednesday to investigate why our electricity kept tripping, and put a temporary fix in place. We arranged for him to come back on Thursday, but due to late timings and personal commitments we then agreed for him to come back on Friday. Unfortunately, he didn’t reply to my texts to confirm the time nor did he show up. He also didn’t contact me afterwards to communicate why he didn’t arrive. This left us searching around on the weekend for someone to come and fix our electricity. It’s such a shame because our first appointment went so well.
