"Excellent service right from the initial visit. During the visit I was given advice about ventilation requirements and the need for an exit in the event of a fire I had a replacement window, the external old clay tile window ledge was removed and replaced with a course of bricks. I had a new internal window ledge to cover an old wooden one. They came on the agreed date and covered everything up. There was no pressure selling and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful."
