"I thought we had a leaking roof but it turns out that water was getting through the pointing in the wall. Michael was very honest and offered to fill in some of the holes for a very reasonable price and said he would deduct what he charged if any additional work was required. The wall needs completely repointing but he's done a great job patching it up in the short term and the leak has stopped. Many thanks Michael."
