A shame because they were a nice family but unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. Our mirror wasn’t put up as arranged due to an error in measurements. Our TV was fitted not quite level and we also had a heavy monitor that was to be put on the wall but it was a rushed job and the screws were not long enough for the wall so it fell off a few hours later. They were coming back to fix this but we didn’t hear back, even after I messaged to remind them.

From the initial evaluation and quote Wrekin Building were clear on every detail and involved us in every decision. Quotations were clear on what was included and were adapted to our changing requirements. Communication on a daily basis meant we knew what to expect compared to the original schedule. They project managed outsourced trades well, when there were changes or unexpected delays we were fully informed with a plan of action. The team were a joy to work with, lovely genuine folk who were respectful of our home. We’re so pleased with our final result!
