It was a big job and Tim was great throughout. He was very engaged in the planning process, really trying to understand what I wanted and coming up with ideas and suggestions, also how to achieve what I want but within budget. When it came to the execution, he project managed the whole lot, and I was impressed how he managed little unforeseeable hiccups and always found quick solutions. The tradespeople he lined up for plumbing, electrics, etc were all top quality, it was a big job but Tum made it look easy and was patient and flexible with us even when we had alterations along the way!

Tim and Ollie were great, from first consultation and advice for buying the right materials all the way through execution. As I had my whole ground floor done, I particularly appreciated his consideration to ensure it was the least disruptive possible. Busy family life could go on as he timed and planned jobs accordingly and always left us with a tidy site in the evenings. Attention to detail and high quality fitting was much appreciated!
I refurbished my whole guest bathroom, and Tim helped from planning and design phase all the way through execution. As we encountered little surprises along the way (double wall behind old shower) he was quick to find the solutions and I was particularly impressed how he lined up and managed all the other trades through the process, and also made the best use of them, while he was also renovating my kitchen. He kept a keen eye on the budget and was great at communicating any changes and options in a timely manner. He quickly understood I was after and made some creative suggestions accordingly
