He was reliable, punctual, meticulously neat and hardworking, taking real pride in his work . His measurements on tile quantities to order were perfect so no waste. Equally superb was his advice on best floor & wall patterns for laying the tiles. He took time to achieve complete symmetry when walls were dreadfully not plumb. Scott is in a league of his own as a tiling master craftsman of high standards, talent & integrity.”
