The Henry Moore Institute, a Grade 2 Listed Victorian Building in the centre of Leeds recently used Yoursashwindows.com for the supply and install of 35 x slimline double-glazed sash windows. The service, installation, painting and the look of the windows which had to match existing single-glazed windows are 10/10. Would recommend Yoursashwindows for anyone looking to replace traditional sash windows.

Matt and Mark did a fantastic job on fitting our windows. Even though we work abroad and had been communicating through email and zoom with Ian as we were on a tight schedule to get the work done whilst we were back in the UK, the team went above and beyond to make sure that happened. They were informative, efficient, friendly and made the whole process an absolute pleasure. Any isuses that came up were dealt with and rectified straight away and nothing was too much. We also had our stained glass panels encapsulated as well as a replica panel made where one had been broken in the past. Along with the windows, we also had a replica door and timber frame built by the team and the work is of the highest quality and standard. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have their original timber windows double glazed and in keeping with the features of a period house.

Whilst one or two issues arose during the work, including one window that didn't fit because the measurements were wrong, the problems were put right quickly and the quality of the product was first class. The guys fitting the windows and doors were also really good and nice to have around the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having this type of work done.

We contacted this team after our son and his partner had had a positive experience with them . We were not disappointed - their team is skilled and meticulous and are all very pleasant people to have in your house . We had to wait a little for the work to be arranged ( our job was quite a large one , and the business is in demand , which is a good sign) but , once the work was commenced , it ran smoothly and to time . It's also worth mentioning the very prompt and courteous customer support we received at all times . We are very happy with the windows installed and can recommend this business without hesitation .

To be clear, the joiners were are very skilled at what they do and I cannot fault the work in removing rot and damage to my window frame. However, not long after receiving my quote I was broken into through the window in question. When the time came around for my work to be done, my partner who was alone at home was "double checked with" and it was decided that part of our windows would be sealed shut, after being told it would be more secure. Our quote was not amended to reflect the unfinished work inline with our quote and we were charged the full amount. We were also told we would also have to pay extra in order to have our original quote met. I feel we were taken advantage of, so I simply cannot recommend.

We are thrilled with our new windows from Yoursashwindows.com. They are really warm, double glazed and beautifully made from wood. We are so relieved and pleased we did not get PVC as our windows respect the period look of our 1912 house and did not mutilate the frames. Mark, Matt and Stefano were skilled craftsmen with an eye for detail and they worked hard to ensure a perfect job. They more than achieved this. Any details we asked about were taken care of. The stained glass has been beautifully encased in double glazing and it looks great as well as feeling nice and snug. I recommend this company and wish more people would use them as the results look and feel great!

They made the process really easy, and the workmen were incredibly efficient and hard working. We're amazed with the result. We did consider replacing the windows with uPVC and we're so pleased we didn't. The wooden replacements keep the character of the property and are excellent quality. We went for double glazing too, which has made the house a lot quieter and kept the warmth in.

We have used this company twice due to their professionalism and amazing finish. You get what you pay for. We live in a Conservative area and they installed beautiful mock-sash, timber windows to the front of our house (although their sliding sash was even more beautiful and I regret not getting that!) They added added extra details and the joiners were incredible, punctual and really tidy. It transformed the look of the whole cottage and restored it back to how it would have been. I have just today received a full refund within just a few hours from this company as we have had to cancel a second job, regretfully due to our own personal finances caused by the lockdown. They are very kind, professional people and refunded us within 3 hours of the call without any qualms. They are probably the best in Manchester and we would not hesitate to use them again.
