I called the number and a pleasant person, Marcus, answered. He understood my issue and promised to attend same day. On arrival he promptly got to the issue, sorted and helped put the dishwasher back in place. Cleaned after himself. All throughout the visit was very informative and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Quick response time, gave an excellent service, and was extremely courteous.
Initial symptom was wet patch in upstairs bedroom carpet. Homeserve engineer called-out, and identified problem as leaking shower-pump in adjacent Airing Cupboard. I needed the pump replaced as soon as possible - 24 Hour Emergency Plumbing and Heating wasn't first to respond to my Checkatrade request, but could do the job soonest. Plumber arrived early-afternoon the following day as arranged - work took longer than he expected but was done well at very reasonable cost. Good Job, Well Done!
