The service from Shane was great. I was preparing for the worst and expecting to have to replace the washing machine, but Shane put my mind at ease straight away and his rate was very competitive. He was friendly, reliable and efficient. I would highly recommend his services.

our dishwasher dispenser broke, he said if you find the spring that is broke hell install it for free used to use other company will charge call out fee of £120 - he very trustworthy straightforward - would recommend

I contacted 5 Star Appliance repair as our dishwasher was not working. Shane was detailed on the phone explaining costs so that I knew where I stood. It was easy to book an appointment with him and he arrived early. He was unable to fix the dishwasher but this was because it was cheaper to get a replacement than to get the parts and he made this clear. He is very good value for money and I would happily use him again should anything else stop working

Shane was very knowledgeable regarding the replacement part. There are potentially 5 different types but only 1 for my machine. It was a jigsaw to take apart and put back together correctly. It's working as new. I would recommend him. In a fit of DIY you can so easily damage your appliance by not fitting parts CORRECTLY. Don't risk it call the 'A team'.
