For the second time now, Alex has repaired my boiler (for two separate faults) quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He attended after a multitude of other plumbers would not even attempt the job on an apparently rather obscure boiler. On this occasion he arrived late on a Friday afternoon, in the cold and dark when I'm sure he would rather have been starting a well-earned weekend and had my heating, which had been off for 14 days (in Nov/Dec), working again within 90 minutes. I cannot thank him enough and will not hesitate to call him again. Thank you Alex.

Having been let down badly by my usual plumber, and in need of having 2 boilers fitted at very short notice, Alex came round very late in the evening to assess my problems, then started work first thing next morning, despite being the weekend. My tenant informs me that he was very clean and tidy and worked efficiently. He did everything I asked of him and he was polite at all times. Alex' prices are in line with what I expect to pay for the work he does, without having to haggle. His approach means that I will now use Alex for all my houses. I recommend Alex highly.

All work done very professionally and to an excellent standard. Both very pleasant and explained everything to us well. Worked very hard, respectful of our home and decor and left everywhere very tidy. Both stayed late one evening to complete the work. Following the installation of the new boiler, we requested a new hot water supply to our kitchen tap, which was attended to promptly and again to our great satisfaction, Already recommended to one of our neighbours. We are extremely pleased with all work undertaken. We would not hesitate to book them again. In fact we have already made arrangements for Alex to return to carry out the annual service to the new boiler.
