I paid £850 for a roof cement repair and a new gutter downpipe. Within a month, the new pipe fell off. Despite initially agreeing to fix it, the trader has since failed to turn up and is now completely ignoring my calls and texts. The repair was expensive and the quality of work was clearly poor. To be left with a broken system and no communication after paying a premium is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Full gutter replacement. It was an absolute pleasure working with A-line property. Billy came and discussed what I wanted and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote (which was very reasonable). We agreed a day he could start. Two of his team came on time and replaced complex guttering, they finished quickly and efficiently and removed all the old guttering. After a telephone conversation Billy arrived at our premises to provide us with a quote to repair our bungalow roof. After receiving the quote we was happy to proceed with the work and Billy and the team arrived 4 days later to repair our roof, our property was left clean and tidy and our roof has been fully repaired and we haven't had any issues. Any questions we had were answered and we will definetley be re hiring in the future for our exterior painting in the summer. More...

I have to say I’m impressed with how quickly the guys worked. They got the job done and were polite and professional. I’m not really in a position to judge quality of work for the roof repairs but what I can say is Joby explained everything to me, gave advice, showed me which beams were rotten etc and even showed me a sample of the high quality felt they used. His team also kept me updated on the work they did at the end of each day and were happy to answer all my questions. I need to get the kitchen roof sorted next and I’m definitely going to go with these guys for that work.

Started work as scheduled, removed chimney and made good roof and party wall to a high standard. All waste cleared and cleaned away so you would hardly know any work had taken place. The whole team were polite and professional throughout. Final invoice as quoted. Would use again.

Initial estimate was increased on the basis of further problems identified. Firm was very helpful in explaining the additional problems and showing evidence of what was required to be done to ensure a completely satisfactory outcome. All staff appeared highly competent and there was a clear commitment to undertake all necessary work to achieve a high standard. Company is currently experiencing IT problems which are due to transition to new systems.
