Really poor workmanship. The fall on the floor is fine to a point, but then it rises again towards the drain, meaning that the water pools in a trough-like zone. The drain itself leaks and is really poorly set, with gaps filled with silicone. Having looked on-line since the installation, the procedure he used was completely wrong. We are so disappointed. Daniel is very polite and courteous, but like a lot of tradesman, he overstates his skill set – he lists wet rooms, but this was a very precise job which had to be done correctly. Attempted to contact but without a successful resolution.
