He arrived when he said he would (with reassuring texts to say he was coming the day before and on the morning - not all Tradesmen turn up !); assessed the 2 jobs (hanging and installing a very heavy electric radiator; switching over a lighting fixture); explained what he was going to do at every stage of the fixes; put protective covers on his feet; cleaned up after him ; helped me set up the radiator on my phone. I'll certainly be recommending in the future."
