"Impressed from start to finish. I rang as a new customer, the person on the phone took my details and told me when I would hear from the owner about the requested work. I was ring back the next day(with an apology that it had not been the previous evening!). The work was booked in for the following day(as not an emergency) everything explained about pricing, when it would happen etc etc. Rung on the same day to say they could come that afternoon, which was a bonus.
